Job Title: Senior Project Controls Specialist - Project Management Consultancy
Work Type: In Office, with periodic visits to a job site
Primary Location: Durham, NC (1 or 2)
Secondary Location options: Scottsdale, AZ or Denver, CO (Up to 1)

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 software.
Analyze resource utilization and availability to ensure effective resource planning and allocation.
Monitor project progress and update project status reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to management.
Identify and track project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Provide regular cost forecasting and analysis to identify variances and potential risks.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project schedules and budgets are realistic and achievable.
Participate in project planning and scheduling meetings to provide expert advice and guidance.
Develop and maintain project control procedures and processes to ensure that project performance is measured consistently across all projects.
Provide training and support to project teams on project control processes and tools.
Ensure compliance with project controls policies and procedures.
Participate in the development of proposals for new projects.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls, with a focus on project scheduling and resource management, specifically using Oracle Primavera P6.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
