Your role

We are looking for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial and autonomous Sales Development Representative to join our rapidly growing fintech company. This is an exciting time for you to join- you'll be part of a growing sales team expanding Exact Payments’ footprint in North America.


As a SDR, you are the first point of contact for Exact Payments’ sales program. You'll generate demand, interest, and excitement for our solutions while partnering to create a steady pipeline of business with your counterparts on the Account Executive team. You will identify and source prospects using sales tools, your own market research, and leadership direction.


You will be a key contributor on a sales team committed to achieving our revenue targets in the fast-paced payments market. Opportunities are endless to have an impact, refine your sales skills, and expand your horizons across the business landscape as we scale and grow!


What you will be doing

  • Quickly develop an understanding of our solution set and Ideal Customer Profile, generate leads from outbound outreach. Convert these leads into qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.
  • Prospect into companies of all sizes, from tech startups to well-established SaaS businesses.
  • Effectively engage with leads through email, phone, video conference, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and prioritize your time so you consistently over-achieve your targets.

  • You have experience in a previous Sales Development / Business Development role, ideally as part of a SaaS or B2B company
  • You believe in a consultative and human sales approach and understand that every conversation is different. We rely on playbooks and provide flexibility to bring your personality and best practices to the discussion.
