RESPOSIBILITIES

• Help guests with menu selections, quickly refill beverages and ensure food arrives on time, always delivering warm and friendly interactions
• Monitor and observe guests ‘ dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with our food, drinks and service. Go above and beyond in taking care and giving your attention to all guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurants and partake in daily/weekly cleaning routines.
• Ability to work well in high volume environment

REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of food, beverage, POS systems, and basic dining/service procedures.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a food/beverage/restaurant/kitchen setting is preferred.
• A strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
• Have a flexible/adaptable schedule
• Food Handler Card certificate
• Speak Vietnamese is a PLUS.
