The La Boucherie Group is an international chain founded in the 1980's and has grown to be one of the largest steakhouse in France. La Boucherie Orlando is the first location in the United States Market, located in Orlando, FL.

We are looking for a full-time server to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities

*Serves patrons with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner. *Provides information to help customers with food and beverage selections. *Prepares tables with candles, napkins, glassware, plates, utensils, etc. *Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies. *Helps patrons select food and beverages by suggesting courses, explaining the chef’s specialties, identifying appropriate beverage pairings, and answering food preparation questions. *Uses POS system to ring in orders to bar and kitchen by recording patrons’ choices and identifying any special dietary needs or special requests. *Serves orders by picking up and delivering patrons’ choices from bar and kitchen and delivering accompaniments and condiments. *Responds to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs and observing dining process. *Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses or other beverages, and being alert to patron needs. *Obtains payment method and processing credit card payment or cash payment and returns change or credit card signature slip to patrons. *Concludes dining experience by thanking patrons and inviting them to return.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

*High School Diploma or GED *Food Handler Certification *2+ years experience as a Server is a plus. *Fluent in French or Spanish is a plus.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $6.98 - $7.00/hour.
