Oconomowoc Lake Club in Oconomowoc, WI is looking for part time and full time servers/waitstaff to join our team. We are located at 4668 Lake Club Circle. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, reliable with a big smile! Experience is preferred but we will train the right person. Great hourly wage plus an 18% gratuity.

Responsibilities:

Setting up and clearing the dining rooms.

Presenting the menu specials and helping our members select dinner options.

Serving and delivering plated food and alcoholic beverages to tables. (Formal dining)

Serve special seasonal member events.

Delivering a memorable experience for our members.

Opening and Closing set-up and cleaning duties.

Qualifications:

Ability to listen and communicate effectively.

Punctual and clean appearance.

Able to multitask efficiently.

Reliable transportation.

Strong organizational skills.

Positive can do attitude.

0pen minded to learn new wines and beverages.

Knowledge of how to open bottles of wine and serve them

Experience as a Server, Waitress, or Waiter is a plus.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Mondays. Compensation is $8.00 - $9.00/hour.
