Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Will be discussed during interview process
What will you be doing?
- Be attentive and provide excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer concerns and keep customers abreast of vehicle status.
- Work with technicians and make recommendations to customers.
- When appropriate, present a maintenance program that will fit the customer's needs.
- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
- Represent Mullinax Ford’s stellar reputation in a polished and professional manner.

We are seeking candidates with these qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Experience as an automotive Service Advisor or Customer Service Professional
- Ford brand experience, a plus!
- Bilingual Is a Plus!
- Active listening skills to assess needs and relate technical information back to the customer.
- An understanding of the mechanical and technical
- Computer proficiency.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team player
- Polished and professional
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
- Must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to starting work to Kissimmee, FL 34744
