Buick GMC of Mahwah is currently seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team in Mahwah, NJ. Are you looking to grow your career with an expanding organization? Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls in a professional manner and set appointments for prospective clients for a busy Automotive Service Center.
- Manage a high volume of customer inbound calls and re-route to the appropriate team member.
- Identify customer needs and resolve concerns
- Log customer information into the dealership's computer database and follow up accordingly.
- Always maintain professional appearance
- Identify strategies to improve customer service process and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment preferred
- Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor
- Proven experience at building relationships and working in teams.
- Live within a reasonable commuting distance
- Tenacious yet professional follow up on customer inquiries
- Background in customer service helpful but not required
