Express Employment Professionals is seeking experienced Customer Service Coordinator for a growing healthcare company in Tampa area.

Customer Service Coordinator Job Summary:

• Managing inbound and outbound calls
• Client payer calls.
• Collaborating with clients, patients, drivers and translators
• Collecting and entering appointment information
• Meeting production expectations
• Follow up calls with Clients and associates.
• Complete intake and input of customer orders placed by case managers, adjusters, injured workers or other designated parties and all necessary follow up.
• Expedite, rush processes, confirming doctor’s appointment, transportation and translator services.

Customer Service Coordinator Skills / Qualities:

• Working knowledge of MS Office Applications & internet
• Well organized, multi-tasked and attentive to details
• Data entry (6000 kph or higher)
• We look for job stability, able to work in sedentary environments
• Excellent Customer service skills, ability to handle outbound calls, emails, good follow-up skills

Business Hours: Monday through Friday 12:30 PM- 9:30 PM (First 3 weeks training 9 AM-5 PM)
