About this role
Carrier EcoEnergy runs Command Centers based out of the US (Kennesaw), Czech Republic (Prague) and India (Bangalore) to manage on a global basis the energy management operations of customers.
EcoEnergy US is actively recruiting a
Service Manager with Mechanical, HVAC, Controls and Customer Management experience to lead the North America Command Center in Georgia, US.
This is an onsite role in
Kennesaw GA.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with internal and external customers for service discovery, definition, deployment, and ongoing operations
- Co-own the overall P&L of the Command Center execution for the US region
- Directly lead a team of more than 3 Service Managers & Supervisors and indirectly a team of more than 25 Technical Support Engineers
- Design and run the global delivery operations whilst engaging with the teams in India and Prague
- Accountable for Business Process Management that span across teams and geographies
- Drive growth of the Command Center to the next level and strive to make it best in class
- Manage Digital Transformation Adoption actions
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 15 years plus experience in Energy Management Systems related to System Integration or Remote Services Management
Preferred Qualifications
Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:
- Work with customers & internal stakeholders, able to capture business needs, translate it into service solutions and cover techno process commercial aspects
- Workable knowledge with/on multiple Control Solutions i.e. Tridium, Schneider, Honeywell, Trane or Novar
- Control multi-site projects or large site projects (2000 plus sites) for Remote Energy Management System and/or System Integration
- Manage a team of managers, supervisors or leads
- Global delivery experience
- Focus on Customer Management and Customer Engagement
- Understand Project Management and Service Management
- Deal with internal stakeholders on various levels in the organization
- Exposure to and interaction with Field Service Vendors
