HVAC Service & Start-up Technician, multi-family residential (new construction)

Ideal experience for this role…
- Experience in multi-family and/or residential HVAC service with strong technical aptitude
- Troubleshoot and repair of roof top/package units (electric and gas heat source), heat pumps, mini-split systems.
- Join pipes or tubing to equipment and to fuel, water, or refrigerant source, to form complete circuit
- Lay out and connect electrical wiring between controls and equipment, according to wiring diagrams, using hand tools
- Install, connect, and adjust thermostats, humidistats, timers, carbon monoxide detection and zone systems using hand tools
- Install auxiliary components to heating-cooling equipment, such as expansion and discharge valves, air ducts, pipes, blowers, dampers, and flues following blueprints
