Ease Air is currently seeking an EXPERIENCED Service Technician to join our team. We are seeking a SELF STARTER, who will continue to help us EXPAND our reputation throughout North Carolina. Our Service technicians are tasked with diagnosing, servicing, repairing, inspections and occasional Installations of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems or components, responding to and servicing all system issues on time and to the customer’s satisfaction with minimum to no supervision, and mentoring our field apprentices.

What will I be doing?*
Overview of this AMAZING HVAC Service Technician Opportunity!

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform scheduled preventative maintenance on residential and commercial systems.
• Generate onsite quotes and discuss with customers.
• Maintain accurate, detailed invoices and submit notes on a daily basis.
• Respect all safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate and preserve Ease Air core values in your daily interaction with colleagues, customers, vendors, and the general public.

Do I have what it takes?

• Experience in your craft is a MUST!
• In-Depth knowledge of Service/Commercial HVAC Systems.
• Positive energy to inspire the team to achieve goals.
• Ability to navigate through Service Titan to manage organization.
