We have an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow Application Development and Support Professional to join our team.

Required Experience/Skills:

· Bachelors degree in an engineering/cyber discipline with at least 5 years of professional experience; or equivalent experience/combined education; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

· Familiar with all areas of ServiceNow.

· Ability to integrate hardware and software asset information into ServiceNow CMDB from numerous applications.

· Extensive knowledge of JavaScript

· Familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML and CSS

· Knowledge of XML and structural programming concepts

· Experience using the ServiceNow platform

· Knowledge of ITIL processes

· Advanced problem-solving ability

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Organization and time management skills

· Ability to Support the application including defect remediation and break fix

· Ability to support ongoing issues with ServiceNow and CMDB.

· Ability to develop automation workflow within ServiceNow for anything from open API integration to email generation for user notification.

· Ability to develop application portals and dashboards within the ServiceNow portal.

· Will be required to track status work across the organization with multiple workstreams.

· Support platform performance optimization and upgrade activities

Other Requirements:

· Candidates must either be US Citizens or Permanent Residents

· Candidates must have resided in the United States for the past 5 years

· Candidates must not have traveled outside of the United States for a combined total of 6 months or greater in the past 5 years

· This position requires successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and a credit check.

Desired Experience/Skills:

· Any Certification In Security and/or ServiceNow:

o ServiceNow - Certified Systems Administrator

o Certified Application Developer

o Certified Implementation Specialist

· Security Certification(s) – CISSP, CEH, CISA, GIAC, CISM, RHCE, CPTE

· 3+ years ServiceNow Development experience

· Background/knowledge Hardware and Software Asset Discovery

· Familiarity with at minimum the San Diego version

Education: Bachelor's OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
