Job Title: ServiceNow TSM Architect
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: Full Time

Skills Required:

• Highly Knowledgeable in best practices relating to ITSM, particularly ITIL.
• Highly Knowledgeable in ServiceNow or a similar ITSM software platform
• Skilled in facilitating workshops, gathering user requirements, and confirming stakeholder sign-off.
• Capable of managing stakeholder expectations effectively in terms of adherence to standards and delivery dates
• Skilled in standard analysis and design techniques such as workflow modeling, use case design, entity relationship diagrams.
• Skilled with process optimization techniques such as Failure Mode Effect Analysis and Value Stream Mapping
• Understanding of ServiceNow TSM and TSOM Module
• Must be aware of Correlations Concepts
• Implementation Knowledge on Service Now Telecom Modules like TNI, Service Bridge, Telecom extended CMDB
• Implementation Knowledge on Service Now Telecom Workflows.
• Implement solutions for enterprise customers based on the ServiceNow platform covering the following IT and business domains: ITSM, ITOM (Event management, Discovery, Cloud management), Project management incl. Customer service management, Field service management, and development of custom applications aiming to automate whatever business process or agendas.
• Be involved in various project roles: business analyst, solution architect, technical consultant.
• Analyze customer requirements, improve processes, and develop technical solutions.
• A substantial part of responsibilities includes technical activities such as coding, customizing, and tuning the ServiceNow platform, and integrating with external systems.
• Provide guidance to our customers and enable them to implement the best solutions.
• Understanding of Monitoring Solutions tools and Its Interfaces with ITSM tools.
• Understanding of ServiceNow TSM and TSOM Module
• Implementation and Design Knowledge of Alert Correlations Concepts
• Implementation Knowledge on Service Now Telecom Modules like TNI, Service Bridge, Telecom extended CMDB
• Implementation Knowledge on Service Now Telecom Workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
