Dunkin' at New Market is looking for proactive and flexible Shift Leaders who is able to manage the daily operation of the Dunkin’ Donuts.

Shift Leader's Responsibilities:

• Ensuring excellent hospitality and customer service of the daily operations

• Creating a proactive work environment for Dunkin' team

• Training, Coaching & Team Building

• Efficiently able to manage daily operation with proper shift deployment
