Dickey's Barbecue Pit is the largest barbecue franchise in the country and one of the fastest growing restaurant chains. We are looking for energetic, customer-focused shift lead managers at our Constitution location.

The ideal candidate would meet the following criteria:

- Friendly, cheerful disposition

- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to carry out specified daily procedures with attention to detail

- Excellent customer service skills

- Excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers

- Punctual and dependable

- Team player

- Previous restaurant experience

- SERVSAFE trained (preferred)

- Ability to manage crew members during shifts

Salary $16.00-$17.00/hour depending on tips
