Compensation:$13 - $15 hourly
Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Receive and process outgoing shipments
- Receive and process incoming packages
- Pack shipments to UPS standards
- Maintain a clean and professional store
- Maintain customer accounts
- Understands and fulfills the needs of walk-in customers and phone/email inquiries
- Use and maintain print machines and finishing products
- Full understanding of the wide range of services we offer
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Customer service skills
- Other duties as assigned
- Monday and every other Saturday availability is mandatory
- Evening availability until 7 pm
- Reliable Transportation
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic ability to use a computer
- Positive Customer Interactions
