RideNow Powersports of Peoria, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, friendly individual to join our Shipping/Receiving Team! The ideal Shipping and Receiving candidate will have knowledge of powersports or automotive parts, logistics, managing inventory, and excel in customer service roles!

Responsibilities:

• Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material
• Stock all parts and accessories in their correct bins and/or locations
• Update inventory control system and parts catalog
• Conduct or participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise (counts, reports etc.)
• Ship all parts and accessories in accordance with the carrier's shipping instructions (i.e., route, UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc)
• Provide excellent customer service to all of the dealership’s customers
• Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in a parts warehouse or parts counter at a dealership
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, worked in stooped, crouched, or kneeling positions frequently
• Superior Customer service skills
• Strong data entry skills
• Attention to detail
• Previous experience with EVO preferred.
• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High sense of urgency
• Ability to complete tasks accurately in an organized fashion with little direction
