Shuttle Driver
Shuttle Driver Summary:
This position is responsible for driving the 23 passenger shuttles to transport guests and employees to and from local destinations including the Ski Area, Country Club, parking lots, wedding sites, and the back side of the mountain. Applicants must have the ability to provide exceptional customer service at all times, become familiar with the resort and be able to answer customer questions, complete each aspect of the job with safety as a top priority, maintain a clean shuttle, perform daily shuttle inspections, and be able to work flexible shifts.

Base Pay: Starts at $17

Leadership Responsibilities: No
Required Certs or Licenses: CDL preferred but not necessary to start. We will train you! Must have a driving record insurable under resort insurance. Must have experience driving large vehicles in variable weather conditions including rain, snow, mud, and ice.
Attendance: Regular, predictable, punctual, and in-person attendance is essential, includes weekends and holidays as scheduled

Typical Shift: 8am-5pm but night shift schedules may be available as well
Environment: This is an indoor position. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and regularly lift/carry 50lbs.
Housing: Limited employee housing is available upon request. Employee housing is “dorm-style” and starts at $400/month. A list of local rental resources is available upon request.
