Project scope, proposals, design, project engineering, budgeting scheduling, etc. Projects are site design for roads, drainage, lot layout, utility layouts, etc. Need engineer with design as well as project management experience. Need strong communicator, written and verbal. Work with clients. Manage and mentor engineers and designers. Searching for upbeat, positive engineer who is ambitious.
