Site Technician - the Springs Townhomes
Job description
The Springs Townhomes located in Parkville, MD is in search of a Site Technician. Candidates for this position will be responsible for the general upkeep of the property in order to enhance and maintain its curb appeal. This person will also assist the maintenance staff in their efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner.
***The salary for this position ranges between $16 to $17 an hour based on experience***
You will be expected to keep exteriors, common areas, vacant units, and walkways of the property in a clean, safe, and welcoming condition. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining cleanliness of indoor common areas
- Assisting with outdoor grounds work such as trash and snow removal
- Keeping sidewalk and grounds clean
- Assisting maintenance team when necessary
- Maintaining overall cleanliness of property
- Paint common areas and apartments
- Performs minor carpentry work such as re-screening screens and drywall repairs
Education
