About Us:

Arcade Lounge is a player in the video arcade industry, providing high-quality, fun, and exciting experiences to our clients. We are currently seeking an energetic, experienced, and dedicated Slot Arcade Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview:

The Slot Arcade Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Slot Arcade, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for our patrons and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation of the slot arcade, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and managing cash handling procedures.
• Hire, train, and supervise arcade staff, providing necessary coaching and development.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Manage and resolve any issues or complaints from customers promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all games, machines, and systems in the arcade.
• Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels at all times.
• Plan and coordinate promotional events and tournaments to increase customer engagement and revenue.
• Prepare and analyze management reports, and make data-driven decisions to improve business performance.
• Ensure the arcade adheres to all health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in an arcade, gaming, or related entertainment industry.
• Some knowledge of arcade operations, including understanding of slot machines and gaming systems is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to handle customer complaints effectively and professionally.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Solid problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly.
• Strong business acumen with proficiency in budgeting, planning, and staff management.
• High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in business management or related field is a plus.

• West Palm Beach, FL 33409: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
