JOB DESCRIPTION

Arcade Lounge, a leading video slot machine business, is currently seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Slot Attendant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a superior guest experience, providing support in the daily operations of our gaming floor, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

The pay is based on experience and ranges from $12 hr-$14 hr plus tips.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive gaming experience.
  • Monitor gaming floor to ensure proper functioning of video slot machines, promptly reporting any malfunctions to the appropriate technician.
  • Conduct minor troubleshooting and maintenance on slot machines, as needed.
  • Provide clear and accurate explanations of game rules, payouts, and other relevant information to guests.
  • Efficiently process and handle cash transactions, including redemption of tickets and payouts.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all promotions and events offered at Arcade Lounge.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential security issues to management.
  • Ensure the gaming floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and gaming regulations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a gaming or hospitality environment.
  • Basic knowledge of video slot machines and gaming industry is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a gaming license.
