Responsibilities and duties include:

- Scan into each individual customer order.

- Ensure that each order is being shipped with the correct carrier (UPS/FedEx)

- Ensure that each order/package gets shipped via the correct shipping method (UPS/FedEx…Ground, Overnight, 2 Day, 3rd Party etc.)

- Ensure that every order is shipped under the correct business name which is printed on the top left-hand corner of each customer order (Gold Crest Distributing, Wrap Art, Gift Essentials, Cheers To You).

- Ensure the “Ship To” address on the paperwork matches the “Ship To” address on the computer screen

- Ensure that the customers name that we are shipping to on the paperwork matches the customer’s name that we are shipping to on the computer screen

- All hand-written or typed instructions highlighted on the customers paperwork must be followed!

- Place all doc-tabs on customer paperwork for later reference

- Turn all internet sales paperwork to the “Internet Sales Customer Service Rep” throughout the day and end of shift.

- Team with the “Invoicers”, Shipping Leads, Shipping Supervisor, and all other management as needed when issues with shipments arise.

- At the end of each shift run “End of Day” shipping number for both UPS & FedEx packages shipped and record the numbers on the clipboard.

- Pack/Pull as needed as well as all perform all other duties as assigned, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Experience:

• Forklift: 1 year (Preferred)
