Waupun Area School District is seeking a dynamic individual to help lead the Girls Softball Program for the 2024 season. Qualified candidates will have the ability to instruct and inspire student-athletes at all levels. This individual should bring coaching experience and strong leadership and communication skills with a unique ability to foster team competitive success while maintaining a strong emphasis on the personal development and academic achievement of our student-athletes. The coach may be responsible for managing other coaching staff, organizing practices, communicating with parents and media, and working with the administration to comply with WIAA rules. Practice is scheduled to begin March 22, 2024. A minimum of 3 years of softball coaching experience is preferred. Starting salary is competitive.
