ElectroMechanical Solder Assembler Essential Functions of the Job: Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:
Experience in soldering through hole and SMT parts on PCB boards.Skill level of 2 or 3 is preferred as we have plenty of skill level 1 in house. Need to de-solder and solder surface mount resistersNeed to de-solder and solder through hole parts on a PCB with heavy ground planesNeed to understand IPC - Class 3 requirements for soldering

- Perform complex assembly operations according to established specifications and instructions.- Solder connectors on to cable assemblies using soldering iron stations.- Perform special soldering and assembly processes including validation builds and engineering sample builds.- Basic operation of continuity testers, and other test equipment. * Electronic Parts * Test Operator * Components & System electrical platforms * Electromechanical * Sub assemblers * Wiring diagrams * Schematics * Replace defective units cause of failure. * Troubleshooting analog, digital, and RF electronic products * Debug testing * DC-DC converter -Video & audio signal processing boards * Programming/Technical problems * Experience: Juki PEP (1080,2080 and FX3)* Juk Printer oven * Circuit Cam * Hanwha (Samsung)* Decan-S1 and SM-482.AOL* Automated Optical inspection QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED1 to 3 years of Electrical Mechanical cable assembly and/or soldering experience and or CIS or CIT Certification to IPC J-STD-001 Quality consciousAbility to effectively communicate in Korean and English Job Type: Full-time Schedule:8-hour shift Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm + overtimePay DOE $16.00-20.00Work Location: Garland, TX off of Merit Drive
