To maximize Peerless-AV’s project specifications within AV Consultants and Architects for TV mounting solutions, Outdoor TV’s/Displays and most importantly for Bespoke DvLED mounting systems.

Education:

• College degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of account development within an inside sales position, or related field position
• Strong track record of success developing new opportunities and turning them into revenue
• Proven experience in relationship building and strong customer interpersonal communications thru phone and technology.

Required Skills:

• Must be able to effectively interact with all levels within customers, Peerless-AV and our partners.
• Must possess strong communications skills, and be capable of expressing technical details and concepts both in writing and verbally.
• Strong presentation skills required. Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize opportunities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to travel if/when necessary for tradeshows, or face to face presentations to help secure business.

PC Skills:

• Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn, Zoom Info, MS Office Suite

ESSENTIAL RESULTS:

• In this position, the candidate will develop new and existing relationships with Consultant firms; e.g. AV Engineering, Architecture, AV Advisory companies who provide AV recommendations to end user firms.
• Will be responsible for business forecasting, pipeline development and management of projects
• Provide virtual and in person training, demo’s and presentations to Consultant firm staff.
• Will position Peerless-AV as an expert within the DvLED Bespoke Solutions space to AV Consultants, architects, engineers and key decision makers
• In this role, the individual will be responsible for collaborating with Business Development Directors and Product Marketing team to provide solutions/proposals, to close the sale
• Some travel will be necessary to meet with key Consultant firms and to attend industry and company tradeshows, events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Aware of the Quality & Environmental Policies & Objectives and understand your role & contribution towards these goals and how activities in your area contribute towards these objectives.
• QMS & EMS Master List – aware where to find documented policies, procedures & instructions
• Aware of Significant Environmental Aspects & Impacts (Environmental MGT System)
• Understand Environmental Compliance obligations & implications for non-complying
• Proper MGT & handling of Hazardous & non-hazardous Waste, including recycling.
• Participate & support Peerless Emergency Preparedness & response plan.
• Contribute toward EMS & QMS initiatives & improvements to support QMS & EMS Goals & Objectives.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Travel
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, up to 8 hours a day and working on a computer.
• Occasionally entering plant/warehouse (can range in temperature, humidity and dust levels).
• Occasional bending (at knees) or lifting boxes/packages 2-30 lbs.
• Must be able to wear required safety PPE.
