YOUR OPPORTUNITY

The Solutions Marketing Manager plays a hands-on role in shaping the go-to-market strategy, for our award-winning XI solution. In addition, you will be the expert in the development of RFP responses and articulating the best solution for each opportunity based on your industry, product, and services knowledge. Ultimately, you will help to accelerate marketing efforts to acquire more prospects, you will work closely with account development and sales teams to prepare and complete the RFP process, and become the expert in our target industries and their buyers.


The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into customer benefits. You should be a strong writer, strategic thinker, and a great storyteller with exceptional interpersonal skills, presence, maturity, and emotional intelligence.


This role can be remote or in our beautiful office in Salt Lake City.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Google Business Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Docs)

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

  • 7+ years in B2B enterprise software marketing
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus
  • Business intelligence and/or customer experience
  • Experience driving growth with a focus on new logos

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop solution positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis
  • Review, qualify, own, and respond to RFPs in collaboration with the Sales Team
  • Manage the overall process, approach, and content of RFP responses from initial RFP to final deliverable; facilitating participation, collaboration and alignment throughout the process
  • Enable teams on our differentiated solutions for target industries and buyer personas
  • Work cross-functionally to develop targeted marketing campaigns
  • Create tools, assets, and training for account development, sales, and success teams
  • Work with the Product Team to translate technical capabilities into customer benefits
  • Conduct win/loss analysis of RFP bids and other opportunities
