Seeking a full time Sous Chef ,Duties include running the wheel /expediter position during service insuring quality standards are being met. Supervise and training staff ,assisting Chef in maintaining kitchen cleanliness, portion control and food waste. Development of specials and potential menu items. Must have 3 years cooking experience and 1 year of Supervisory experience.
