Responsibilities:

Booking and confirming appointments, Ability to promote retail and upsells to meet daily sales goals and expectations, Directing clients during the checking-in and out process including but not limited to communication with the back-of-house team, Ensuring cleanliness of spa and overall spa coordination, Handling client concerns with insight and poise.

SPA OR SALES EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY PREFERRED. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS, OPEN AVAILABILITY PREFERRED.
