General Description

Responsible for performing efficient and accurate spa scheduling, greeting guests, service and retail sales, and of course outstanding guest service. Spa front desk is not only passionate about the services we offer but invested in the company to exceed guest expectations and drive revenue.

Specific Responsibilities

• To understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner
• To understand and to ensure all guest challenges have been resolved in a timely manner and management is made aware of the situation.
• To provide accurate information to guests and inquiries regarding Spa and Pool
• Resolve all guests billing opportunities with urgency. Work closely with Accounting to ensure proper billing is occurring.
• Explain the spa experience and escort guests to the locker rooms
• Monitor cleanliness and organization of front desk area, spa lobby and retail store.
• Schedule spa services correctly in B4T to ensure smooth operation of the Spa

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
