Job description

Aide ( caretaker dsp self direction ) one on one adult needed to with young adult w/ special needs. No previous experience necessary as TRAINING is Provided.

• There are No behavioral issues with the individual. This is an agency position through office for individuals with developmental disabilities-OPWDD
• Personal hygiene, cleaning, bathing,feeding, dressing help with class work.
• can be part time 12 to 29 Hours - choose 1-3 day work week
• 22.00 starting pay will go up after period of time/probation period
• Position can become Full time within the next 9 months including benefit package w/health insurance sick pay etc
• meal , activities and mileage reimbursement for you

++++you can pick your weekdays and one weekend day flexible++++
*****ONE WEEKEND DAY REQUIRED sunday or Saturday 7 am - 10 am (or later if you want to stay)

******One to two weekday shifts- shifts start at 6.00 am (no exceptions) and there is a lot of flexibility with the ending time of these shifts (shifts can be 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,or 12 hr shifts)

NOTES about this job:

_ this job requires background checks that MIGHT take 3-4 Weeks to get you started on payroll

-This is an EYES ON the consumer job - therefore there is limited time for texting - this is not a job where a staff person has much time to be taking care of their personal business and they are not surfing the internet for themselves

-RELIABILITY is a must - call outs and being late are not expected from new staff
