Oakwood Estates Nursing & Rehabilitation is a busy skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility with an amazing in-house therapy team. We are currently scouting for a full time or part time SLP to join our dedicated caregivers. We see a wide variety of cognitive, dietary, and neurological diagnoses and both short term rehab patients and long term care residents. As part of a small but growing healthcare organization, we offer local leadership, facility level decision making and many opportunities for career growth with our expanding organization. At this time we cannot provide a CF supervisor, so CCC's are required.
