Job Description

Raytheon is seeking a strong candidate to join the Global Time & Labor Management Team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of time feeds for multiple international sites, leading projects, and solving complex problems. The US and International Time & Labor Management team is a fast paced, high volume, metrics driven, team-oriented environment which is focused on individual and team performance as well as continuous improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implementing new international time & attendance programs around the globe (ADP, SAP & UKG AutoTime)
  • Performs all activities necessary to process international time feeds for payroll and documenting and updating procedures.
  • Manage workflow to ensure all labor transactions are processed accurately and timely
  • Audit, analyze, identify and resolve inconsistencies between HR, Time/Payroll, and Accounting systems.
  • Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits, statutory labor laws, and local norms for countries supported
  • Support compliance monitoring, issue tracking and resolution, and statutory filing management with the ability to design solutions
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Recognize opportunities, recommend process improvements, and lead projects to increase efficiency and ensure quality

Required Skills:

  • Prior knowledge of or experience with Payroll/Labor
  • Knowledge of payroll best practices
  • Knowledge of or experience with Enterprise Payroll Software such as: Workday, ADP EV5, ADP Global View & ADP Celergo
  • Strong PC Skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
  • Must be able to retain confidentiality of all transactions and monitor transactions to ensure proper handling

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge and experience with policy creation, project management, and communicating guidance to leadership at multiple levels.
  • Experience with 3rd Party Payroll providers (ADP International)
  • Ability to speak and/or read a foreign language

Required Education:

  • This position typically requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other related field and 2 years of applicable professional experience. In the absence of a degree a combination of education, applicable experience and/or certifications in lieu of degree may be considered

  • This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 62,000 USD - 124,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
