As
Sr. Analytics Specialist your primary responsibility is to maintain data and conduct prospective return on investment (ROI) analysis.
Core Responsibilities:
- Improve access, efficiency and utilization of key data, including maintain full data library
- Develop Analytics Dashboard, automating reporting for internal stakeholders
- Implement and improve analytics best practices, including ROI methodologies
- Develop and maintain analytic documentation related to deliverables and data management to ensure maintenance of recurring reports
- Perform basic to advance ETL processes with Python and/or R
- Partner with technology team to create a single, scalable and automated source for key business data
- Direct the client program performance reporting, including return on investment (ROI) initiatives
- Provide support for questions related to ROI data and analyses
- Review partner data and determine if additional or different data is required to complete ROI reporting
- Partner with external partners/vendors on collecting and managing ROI data
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly internal reporting to management
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science or related field required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in decision support, analysis or quality reporting
- 2 years pharma industry experience, preferred
- Experience in PowerBI/Tableau, required
- Business intelligence experience in Python and/or R, preferred
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint Skills
