SUMMARY

The Loan Administration Manager is responsible for managing the Loan Administration department; ensures accurate and timely servicing of the Bank's loan portfolio: oversees the production of loan documentation relating to the opening, servicing and closing of all loans; ensures loans and agreements comply with state and federal laws, regulations and Bank lending policies and procedures; ensures department activities run smoothly and efficiently, provides leadership, training and supervision within the department; and provides a high level of customer relations and service. The position of Loan Administration Manager performs direct supervisory duties of department staff, coordinates staff for coverage in related areas of the department, and is required to be fully knowledgeable and skilled In all areas of Loan Administration.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. All employees will be responsible for adhering to all Policies and Procedures of BankFlorida, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations.

2. Ensure compliance with the Bank’s BSA-AML-OFAC Policies and Procedures, including but not limited to:

a. Policy elements and procedures specific to individual job roles and responsibilities which procedure-specific training is provided in the timeline outlined in BSA-AML-OFAC Policy.

b. Complete all required BSA-AML-OFAC training, both online modules, live trainings required by the Bank, and any additional training assigned by the BSA Officer or their designee.

c. Report any and all suspicious activity to the BSA Officer regardless of if it is observed directly through job responsibilities or indirectly outside of job responsibilities, including suspicious activity/behavior is observed for customers, non-customers, vendors, or fellow employees; and

d. Report any issues with bank processes or procedures that may impact BSA-AML-OFAC compliance, regardless of whether the process or procedure itself is BSA-specific

3. Review completed Credit Authorization Request for accuracy.

4. Order supporting documentation. (Environmental assessments, flood determinations, title search, title commitments, title policies, etc.)

5. Perform UCC Search/DMV lien search

6. Coordinate closing with title company

7. Review title commitment

8. Review HUD/settlement statements

9. Prepare loan documents (LaserPro)

10. Review loan documents pre- and post-closing

11. Assist with loan closings

12. Disburse loan proceeds

13. Scan loan documents and pertinent due diligence

14. Request/Follow up on insurance

15. Maintain Customer/Loan Officer folders

16. Perform pre-funding review.

17. Prepare loan package for booking and forward to Loan Ops

18. Inform officer of required documentation for loan renewals.

19. Prepare basic Credit Authorization Request.

20. Assist in clearing collateral / credit exceptions.

21. Process draw requests / loan payments / transfers.

22. Handle loan research issues / questions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
