Why Lytx:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Graphic Designer to join our Lytx design team, leading the ideation, execution, and production of creative deliverables in partnership with cross-functional marketing partners. You will apply your design expertise to produce compelling creative concepts and custom deliverables to help us drive growth in our target markets. You must have a passion for process and experience leveraging technology to scale and drive operational efficiencies in the creative development process.
You’ll Get To:
- Join a highly collaborative team that is passionate about creating content that captures both hearts and minds in meaningful ways
- Lead the development of creative projects and deliverables, such as videos, infographics, interactive experiences, presentations, display ads, landing pages, brochures, multi-page guides, tradeshow booth design, and other misc. asset types
- Regularly review industry and competitor branding, imagery, assets, and design treatments in order to elevate and evolve the Lytx brand as best-in-class in a highly competitive market
- Provide strategic creative direction and feedback in support of the Lytx brand
- Recommend creative process and system improvements to create efficiencies for scaling
- Manage asset management strategy for derivative or related assets for creative deliverables
- Provide training and guidance to freelance resources on an as needed basis
What You’ll Need:
- 6+ years’ experience in graphic design, creative production
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Acrobat, Premier, and Final Cut Pro (or similar video editing software)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate complex relationships to maintain team productivity and ensure projects are completed on-time and flawlessly
- Demonstrated experience driving operational efficiencies via process or technology
- An exceptional eye for detail and a track-record of flawless execution
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables and timelines

Expected hiring salary for this position is: $83,430 to $101,970. Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.
