What You Will Do:
-
Provide technical input throughout project life cycle and review technical documents and standards.

Explain technical components to non-technical teams.
-
Identify variance between Enbridge technical teams and Joint Venture Partner technical teams.

Develop request for quote packages.
-
Technical support for utility agreements including power, water, electrical.

Technical support for Enbridge SCM group to address JV concerns including equipment specifications
-
Ensure Enbridge and “Partner” company teams progress to meet business objectives and deliverables.

Direct involvement with all Pre-FEED activities, FEED, EPC Construction and Commissioning

Ensure communication and documentation between Enbridge/Partner/Third party is clear and follow up on expected deliverables to ensure schedule is not at jeopardy.

Provide technical process support to permitting stakeholders.
Who You Are:
-
University degree or related construction or operational training and/or experience.
-
A minimum of 7 years of previous related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
-
Project Management experience in major energy infrastructure business.

Strategic vision and the ability to analyze complex situations and arrive at timely and effective solutions.
-
Has excellent interpersonal, communication skills and exemplifies Enbridge values. Exudes personal integrity and professionalism. Handles Enbridge, partner, JV Asset and other stakeholder confidential information with discretion.

Develops and maintains strong stakeholder relationships internal and external to Enbridge.
Preferred:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
-
Experience in Joint Venture Execution or operations
-
PMP or equivalent certification in Project Management
-
Strong working knowledge of: pipeline, facility & tank engineering; construction management; industry standards & governmental regulations; complex detailed design experience; commissioning experience.
Working Conditions:

Office environment with frequent travel to field locations (potentially during extreme weather conditions), regulatory agencies, customer offices and other Company offices.

Time commitments often extend beyond normal working hours.
