Overview:

Accountant-CPA-Auditor-AP/AR-Financial Reconciliation- Accounting Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Accountant who will be responsible for
primary bookkeeping duties under the direction of the Director of Accounting. This
position has high growth opportunities for the right candidate.

Location: Desert Hot Spring, CA (Onsite)

Pay: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule: Full time; Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm

Duties:

• Process daily accounts receivables, ensure invoices match
• Process daily accounts payables and analyze and reconciles expenditure accounts
• Calculates and prepares reimbursement billings and tracks receivables; reconciles monthly accounts receivable.
• Reconcile revenue and cost of goods sold monthly
• Maintain reconciliations for balance sheet accounts monthly
• Assists with the preparation of the annual and mid-year budgets and fiscal year-end including preparation for the annual audit

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of general accounting experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with reconciliation investigations
• Able to work in a high volume/activity role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
