Responsibilities: The Infrastructure Support Technicians are part of the Network Operations Team responsible for monitoring, installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting and maintenance of network / infrastructure technology solutions. Must be able to perform the following task:
  • Able to manage day to day tasks and projects effectively and concurrently.
  • Strong analytics, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively with users, team members, and management.
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple projects with aggressive due dates
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power-point, Outlook)

Computer/Equipment Skills:
  • Desktop Operating System: Windows XP,7,8 and 10
  • Server Operating Systems: Microsoft 2003, 2008, 2012.
  • Mobile Operating Systems: Android, Apple IOS
  • Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Power-point, Project, Visio, Access
  • LAN/WAN Technologies: IP, Ethernet, T1, VPN
  • Network Protocols: TCP, UDP, FTP, TFTP, RIP v1 and 2, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, iSCSI, SSH, SMTP, Telnet, SSL, TLS, HTTP, HTTPS, DHCP, DNS
  • Storage: NTFS, DAS, NAS, SAN, RAID, VMFS
  • Monitoring: Solarwinds or similar products
Qualifications: Education and/or Experience:
  • 2 + years of experience working in Information Technology
  • 2 + years working with Microsoft desktop operating systems
  • Some experience with Microsoft Active Directory
  • Some experience with Microsoft server operating systems
