Staffing Coordinator
Job description
Skilled Nursing Facility looking for a Staffing Coordinator! We are looking for a competent Staffing Coordinator to undertake a variety of tasks such as recruitment, orientation, and placement of employees.
Staffing Coordinator Responsibilites:
- Oversee all staffing needs and operations of the company
- Liaise with recruiters to fill vacancies in a timely manner
- Assist in preparation and execution of orientation and training plans
- Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations
- Ensure the center has appropriate levels of staffing and nursing care at all times.
- Prior Experience as a Staffing Coordinator or Scheduler and Payroll within a nursing center or healthcare setting.
- Complete monthly nursing schedule, coordinating requests to ensure appropriate coverage of units.
- Complete and post worksheets/time schedules.
- Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Staffing Coordinator Requirements
- Experience in planning and execution of HR plans (onboarding, hiring etc.)
- Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable with a respect to confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Staffing Coordinator in previous healthcare facility (Preferred)
