Greet and welcome all patrons. Positively promote the service philosophy of Heritage Golf Group.

Communicate emergency and safety information to patrons and guests in a calm and clear professional manner.

Give players miscellaneous information that may help them in playing the course (e.g., yardage markers on sprinkler heads are measured to the middle of the green).

Dispense range balls in accordance with the privileges of each classification of play.

Cue groups to move to the first tee. Be certain that no more than one group is on the tee at any time. Call each group over the public address system, using a friendly tone of voice (where applicable).

Review and maintain time sheet to anticipate play, monitor turn times, and verify the accuracy of sales tickets relative to the course or practice area.

Constantly keep the Golf Shop staff informed on the speed of play. Requires communicating by two-way radio.

Maintain clean, orderly appearance of the Starter's area at all times.

Pay: $7.25 per hour
