ALL SKILL TEST COMPLETION REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED
- Basic facility maintenance
- Assist in keeping a neat, clean business environment
- Basic grounds keeping/landscaping
- Perform weekly walk-through audit
- Apply/remove over-locks weekly
- Cut locks as needed
- Send 2 weekly report/pictures to management every week
- Maintain constant and clear communication with management
- Available to be on call to assist in emergency situations
- Fantastic, easy job for the pay

- Must be reliable, open and easy to communicate with
