Luxury Fashion Jewelry Store Manager - The M Jeweler Brand

We are seeking someone with luxury fashion sales experience who has built a solid book of clients, but most importantly has a drive and passion for success.

As a M Jeweler brand ambassador, you will be instrumental in achieving the company’s vision for sales and growth in the exciting LA marketplace.

We offer a great annual salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 (depending on track record) plus commission on sales. As well, you will have paid time off, a gym membership, health insurance and generous employee discounts on our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
• Meet or surpass sales targets
• Grow the brand awareness within the community
• Train, develop and manage employees to deliver superb customer service
• Manage store operations and finances to ensure proper inventory levels and profitability

Requirements

• Proven retail sales and management experience in luxury products (5 years or more)
• Book of existing customers
• Flexible work schedule including weekend availability
• Great people skills
• Proven record of managing operations and financials

The M Jewelers has become one of the biggest DTC jewelry brands in North America. They specialize in selling custom and personalized gold and silver jewelry. Customers can design and visually render their own pieces online and in the brick and mortar locations. Each piece is handcrafted.
