Employees can expect to be in the office a couple of days per week as needed for meetings and team collaboration and should live within a commutable distance.
What we do:
The Communications & Outreach Group develops, coordinates, and disseminates information about the Bank and its work to internal and external audiences. This is performed by these service areas: Outreach & Education, Digital Strategy, Corporate Communications and Government & Industry Relations.
The Group is responsible for maintaining and enhancing positive relations with external audiences, including the general public, shareholders, investors, government, etc. Activities include communications to influence beliefs/perceptions with focus on public opinion to protect and promote the reputation of the Bank; communications to influence beliefs/perceptions with focus on government policy and legislative direction to improve the Bank’s regulatory and economic environments; active involvement with the communities in which the Bank operates to address social, economic, and environmental challenges and promote the Bank’s image in a positive way; and offering of public education/awareness programs community members as an act of goodwill.
The Community Development team, which is part of the Outreach & Education, consists of Engagement and Analysis units that focus on three key areas: health, household financial well-being, and climate change with the goal of connecting emerging solutions with funding to foster racial equity and improve lives for underserved communities.
This position will report to the Senior Vice President and Head of Outreach & Education.
Your role as Strategic Operations Lead:

Serves as strategic communications advisor for Operations leaders and teams.

Builds relationships with key external partners.

Acts as liaison between internal and external stakeholders.

Drafts messages or scripts for senior executives.
-
Maintains program records and files. Provides any special reports or follow-up.

Maintains media kits and formatting guidelines.

Supports annual planning and regular reviews with data-driven approach.

Manages large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager

Coaches, reviews and delegates work to lower-level professionals

Salary Range: $154000 - $192500 / year
