Our company has a need for a Problem Solver who can help us solve problems by working with the appropriate parties to develop innovative solutions and implement them in a timely manner. Problem Solvers have varied experience and knowledge that often crosses disciplines in the organization. Although specific experience is not required, we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and are willing to take on challenging projects. A successful Problem Solver will work within the existing framework while offering new insights to problems. Your Job description will be wide and varied pushing you into an integral role within the company. The need for a DETAILED ORIENTED canidate is a must. Some of you your job descrioptions will include the following:

• Fast paced job perfect for the detail-oriented person
• Train and understand the Automotive Locksmith/Codesmith industry, fill in when nesessary, make appropriate time and asset driven decisions.
• Manage the performance, coach, and discipline team members on performance and violation of company and compliance policies in partnership with GM and HR
• Focus and Learn expected operational standards using appropriate tools such as SOP’s, compliance audits, company and state policy, and procedures
• Communicate, work closely, and successfully collaborate with other Managers to achieve the organization’s goals
• Oversight of in stock and sale inventory
• Organization of excess items
• Development of daily in stock and sale data
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies and procedures
• Work with cross-divisional teams to build consensus on strategic objectives, goals, and operational plans
• Deliver results and strategic direction by ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly
• Document daily shipments and deliveries to replenish inventory
• Oversee and execute most inventory-specific initiatives
• Properly order new supplies avoiding excessive surplus or inefficiencies
• Examine the levels of supplies to determine shortages

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
