Job Title: Structure Production Manager

Reports To: Structure Department Manager (SDM)

Job Summary: Provide an outstanding customer experience for all structure customers resulting in increased customer satisfaction, loyalty, retention, and referral potential. Responsible for direct support for the SDM and production for the Structure (STR) department, and coordination with Contents (CTN) & ETS department managers and the Restoration Support Manager (RSM).

What you will do:

Work closely with and support SDM.

• Primary responsibility for review of mitigation jobs from Structure Leads Inbox and decision to either take on or to refer out to trade partners, to include Initial contact on upcoming Mold (MLD) jobs. Vet trade partners for the program and eventual promotion to primary subs.
• Assist SDM with handling production meetings with PM's and sales meetings with EST's.
• Provide strong cross-department communication with other Department and Support Managers.
• Demonstrate complete (start-to-finish) structure project understanding, including competency in cross-departmental knowledge.
• Regularly review contracts for: draw schedule percentages, draw payment compliance, Change Order documentation, and Supplement approvals.
• Assist SDM with creation and review of performance metrics for all production level employees and produce monthly race sheets for PM/EST metrics.
• Assist in general supervision of MWR in-house carpenters and coordination of last-minute changes in their schedules, monitor tool inventories & condition, and hold a monthly safety meeting with carpenter staff.
• Assign project managers to projects that are sold and ready to start.
• Assist RSM with selection of Estimation assignments to 3rd party vendors or in-house Estimation for additional scoping support.
• Assist SDM with advanced Adjuster communications, scope reconciliations, and scope negotiations.
• Provide logistical support for PM's and EST's as may be needed when RSM is in CAT Event mode.
• Assist SDM with elevated CSR circumstances as first step in speak to a manager situations.
• Possess a high level of competence and ability to work through complex insurance issues.
• Provide high level feedback to SDM for continued development of entire Structure field team.
• Assist RSM in oversight of all required project documentation.
• Provide targeted support for ETS Division Manager as directed by SDM.
• Assist in onsite project assessment and coordination as needed:
• Commercial quick hit projects.
• CAT Event situations.
• Random field visits for QC.
• Back write estimates as needed.
• Support of At-Fault projects as needed.

What you bring:

• 
  Education level: No educational requirement.
• Experience: Solid working knowledge of construction and restoration.
• Specific skills:
• Competence & experience with project management, budgeting, and scheduling software for construction.
• Xactimate proficiency preferred but not required.
• Previous construction / restoration sales experience.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Comprehensive understanding of restoration and reconstruction practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and general software and technology efficiencies. High level organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to do detailed work on computer screens for extended periods of time.
• Personal characteristics: Punctual, reliable, outgoing, customer service focused.
• Certifications: No Certifications required.
• Licenses: No Licenses required
• Physical abilities: Must be able to sit or stand at a desk while working, drive, don & doff PPE as may be required, and lift objects up to 50 pounds on occasion.
