Then come join a team of Navigators that assist students with their initial planning. Navigators help them identify career goals and assist in preparing them academically. Navigators carry a caseload; promoting student growth - ensuring students are progressing with their goals.

All you need is a Bachelor’s degree with three years of experience in advising, counseling, recruitment or related field.

Compensation:

The minimum salary for this position is $54,330 with annual increases.
