The Fitzpatrick Collaborative is a small business in Pepperell, MA. We are fun, creative, social and our goal is to The Fitzpatrick Collaborative, affectionately known as “The Fitz”, is located in the center of Pepperell, MA in the former Peter Fitzpatrick School. We are a vibrant hub of activity for our community providing access to arts, education, and recreation programs for all ages..

Camp Counselors will be responsible for guiding participants in a fun and safe environment, including planning and organizing exciting games, teambuilding, exercise and arts-and-crafts projects under the direction of Camp Instructors and Camp Director. Camp Counselors will also serve as role models for campers, leading by example and creating lifelong memories in the process. The ideal candidate is nurturing, caring, good with children and great at planning activities. This program runs 6 weeks during the summer.

Responsibilities:

• Establish rules for the children.
• Organize activities for the children with supervision.
• Communicate with Summer Camp Director
• Work well in a team.
• Ability to effectively collaborate and problem solve.
• Clean and organize areas for next day
• Must be organized and detail oriented

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pepperell, MA 01463: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• First Aid Certification (Preferred)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
