Join our dynamic team as a Summer Marketing Associate. This job provides a super flexible schedule and a FREE Orangetheory membership!

Orangetheory Fitness La Grange and Willowbrook-Hinsdale are seeking enthusiastic and responsible students to execute external guerilla marketing activities that will drive awareness and generate leads/prospects for the studio.

As an outgoing and fitness-minded individual, you will be an Ambassador of the Orangetheory Brand and will help build our awareness in the community while encouraging people to get engaged in our world-class fitness program.

The marketing team will report to the Marketing Manager and be responsible for the daily execution of the community-based marketing plan. They will actively prospect new sales opportunities through community events and broad-based community engagement. Activities may include but are not limited to, distributing marketing materials in community venues, setting up a booth at local events, and educating potential leads about the OTF program.

Responsibilities:

● Work 15-20 hours per week

● Work with the marketing manager to create a weekly guerilla marketing plan

● Successfully execute the plan, provide feedback to the manager, and adjust the plan accordingly

● Achieve weekly and monthly goals

● Ensure all community engagement exemplifies our Orangetheory Fitness Core Values - Integrity, Passion, Accountability, Innovation, and Community

Requirements:

● Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

● Transportation is a requirement

● Outgoing and comfortable talking to potential leads

● Candidates must be positive, proactive, and exude a professional demeanor, which includes punctuality, reliability, resourcefulness, and the ability to be a team player.

Compensation:

● Job Type: Part-time

● Hourly rate: $14

● Bonus: $5 for every lead personally generated (name/phone #/email)
