Kung Fu Tea specializes in teas made fresh to order with premium loose-leaf tea and special ingredients.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time position, the schedule will be depend on the needs of the business.

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the team, ensuring that high-quality beverages and exceptional customer services are provided at all times. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of management experience, 2 years of barista experience and be available to work full-time with open availability. The candidate should also be familiar with managing a team of employees, including daily tasks, training and performance management.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• Food Handlers Card required by law
• At least 2 year experience in food and beverage industry
• At least 2 years experience in management
• Must have excellent communicate skill clearly with team members and is customer service oriented
• Responsible for solving problems and issues in a timely manner.
• Develop long-term plans.
• Able to work well under pressure, comfortably taking initiative at the workplace
• Works well with others and independently without sacrificing productivity
• Passion for helping and serving others (both customers and team members)
